About Robert Garza

I am a native Houstonian and have been a real estate agent with Keller Williams for 6 years now and I enjoy what I do very much. I am currently serving on the ALC and I am in the top 20% of agents in our Market Center. About a year after Covid began, I started to really focus on helping my investor clients buy and flip houses. I learned how to identify a good buy and flip as well as a good buy and hold. From there, I began to find ways to also help homeowners avoid foreclosure by pairing them up with cash buyers who are ready to close quickly; I also learned how to create a win/win solution. I have also recently started testing the commercial waters as well. I am passionate about creating win/win solutions for my clients that result in the best outcome for themselves and their families.
